Ingredients:

Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate. Pharmaceutical Grade, Bicarbonate of Soda Pharmaceutical Grade, Pure Essential Oils of Organic Rose Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens) and Rose (Rosa damascena), Dried Red Rose Petals.

Caution: 

Please consult a physician before using this product containing Epsom Salts if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, varicose veins, circulatory problems or a heart condition. Do not take internally. Keep out of reach of children and away from eyes.  Store in a cool, dark place.

Directions:

Add 200g (1 cup) Bath soak to the bath after the water has run. Swish the Bath soak into the water, climb in and ENJOY!
