Returns and Refunds

Welcome to our online store!

For reasons of maintaining hygiene, we can only accept returns on items which have been received by you in a faulty condition. Please Email us with your order number, details and a picture of the faulty product and we will replace the product.

Return Conditions

We kindly ask that you do not remove any price stickers or labels from the products.

You may return any personal care product, for any reason, which does not meet your expectations. However, please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any product that fails to meet your expectations, regardless of when it was purchased. Instead, the supplier has agreed to facilitate the accurate replacement of any such product, or refund.

Please take note that items that were purchased on sale or discounted prices are not eligible for returns.

For hygiene reasons, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on brushes, unless they are defective.

You are responsible for the goods until they are received by us and signed for. Please note that a handling fee of 15% will be applied to all returned goods.
