Ingredients:

Organic Jojoba Oil, Organic Rosehip Oil,  Organic Castor Oil, Argan Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Natural Vitamin E. 100% Pure Essential oil of Organic Mandarin (Citrus reticulata).

Caution:

Do not take internally. Keep out of reach of children and away from eyes. Store in a cool, dry place.

Directions:

Take a small amount of the massage oil onto your palms and warm it up by rubbing your hands together. Gently massage the affected areas with circular motions for about 5-10 minutes. For best results, use this massage oil at least once daily.
