Immune-Boosting/Anti-Inflammatory Recipe Suggestion:
Add 2 teaspoons of Spice Blend to a cup. Pour in warm water and stir. Mix in 1 tablespoon raw honey and juice of half a lemon. Let sit for a few minutes. Drink warm. Adjust ingredients to taste. To help boost the Immune System, you may also add 1 clove of minced or crushed garlic and ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder (adjust to taste).
Lung Cleansing Recipe Suggestion:
1L Water, 1/2 cup raw honey, 1 cup chopped onion, 2 tablespoons spice mix. Boil for 15 minutes, strain and take 2 tablespoons twice a day. Keep refrigerated and used within a week.
